About
Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, bassoonist Rachel Lovelace moved to Kansas City to study music. She received a Bachelor's and Master's degree in classical and jazz studies on bassoon at the University of Missouri–Kansas City Conservatory. Rachel enjoys collaborating in various genres of music including jazz, classical, indie rock, new music, and country. Currently, she is the bassoonist for Miki P and the Swallowtails.
